This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the BERKANA Aesthetic Clinic website and CRM services. BERKANA AESTHETIC CLINIC L.L.C is a medical aesthetic clinic licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The policy has been developed in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and applicable Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations.

• Medical information provided voluntarily, including treatment history, allergies, medications and treatment-area photos
• Payment information processed through licensed payment providers (we do not store full card numbers)
• Correspondence via WhatsApp, Instagram, email and website forms

Personal data is used for:

• Processing consultation and procedure bookings, including the online calendar
• Providing medical and aesthetic services and maintaining medical records as required by law
• Sending appointment confirmations and reminders, including via WhatsApp

• Providing information about services and promotions (with your consent)

• Meeting legal, regulatory and audit (DHA) obligations

4. Data Protection

We take organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, secure authentication with multi-factor authentication for clinic staff, audit logging and restricted access to medical records. Medical information is stored encrypted on secure servers, with a priority on hosting health data in the UAE.

5. Data Transfer to Third Parties

We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third parties without your consent, except: to clinic staff involved in your treatment; to service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (IT hosting, cloud storage, messaging, payment and accounting providers); to advertising platforms where you interact with us through them; and to authorities when required by UAE legislation. Where data is processed outside the UAE, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

6. User Rights
